Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling cargo shipments: The Cargo Executive will be responsible for coordinating and managing the shipment of goods and cargo both domestically and internationally.
2. Maintaining records: Keeping detailed records of all cargo shipments, including tracking numbers, delivery dates, and any issues that may arise during transportation.
3. Communication with clients: Updating clients on the status of their cargo shipments, answering any questions or concerns they may have, and providing exceptional customer service.
4. Ensuring compliance: Following all regulations and guidelines for transporting cargo, including proper packaging, labeling, and documentation.
