Job Description: Caretaker for Special Needs Teenager
Position: Full-Time Day Caretaker (Therapy-Oriented)
Location: Pitampura, Delhi –
Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (day shift; occasional extended hours if required)
Compensation: ₹15,000–₹30,000 per month (based on education, skills, and temperament)
Reports To: Parents (supervision via phone or direct presence)
Probation Period: 3 months (confirmation after satisfactory performance)
About the Role
We are looking for a patient, physically fit, and educated caretaker to assist in the daily care and therapy-oriented routines of a 17-year-old boy with autism. The caretaker will help maintain structure, hygiene, and emotional calm across home and terrace environments, following clear, step-by-step protocols under parental guidance.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Support his structured therapy activities such as coins, beads, compressions, and light workouts
• Follow behavioral handling protocols exactly as instructed (training provided)
• Maintain a calm, predictable environment and help prevent escalation during behavioral stress
• Escort him for walks or car rides (only if a licensed, reliable driver)
• Keep his personal spaces clean and organized (bedroom, bathroom, terrace)
• Occasionally assist younger siblings with small daily routines
• Record and report daily observations to parents
Candidate Requirements
• Gender: Male preferred
• Age: 18–30 years
• Education: Minimum 12th pass (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Language: Hindi (English not required)
• Experience: No prior autism care experience required – full training will be provided
• Physical Fitness: Must be fit and active; medical fitness certificate required before confirmation
• Verification: Police verification is mandatory before appointment
• ID Proof: Must possess valid Aadhaar card and Voter ID
• Personality: Calm, patient, disciplined, and able to follow structured instructions
• Driving: Two-/four-wheeler license preferred (for rides)
• Lifestyle: Non-smoker, non-drinker

• Parents/siblings present or available by phone for support
• CCTV monitoring in place for safety and accountability
