Security & Safety: Opening/locking up buildings, patrolling premises, managing alarm systems, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Grounds Upkeep: Mowing, weeding, snow removal, and cleaning exterior areas like paths and car parks.

Facility Management: Preparing rooms for events, managing furniture, and ordering supplies.

Contractor Oversight: Booking and supervising external tradespeople for major repairs.
