Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain partnerships with colleges and universities
Plan and execute campus drives, seminars, workshops, and recruitment campaigns
Act as the single point of contact for campus placement offices and career cells
Promote the company-s brand and opportunities among students and faculty
Collect student data, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews
Track engagement metrics and drive improvements in outreach effectiveness
Provide feedback to internal stakeholders on student performance and campus trends
Organize employer branding events, guest lectures, and alumni engagement
Collaborate with HR, marketing, and talent acquisition teams for seamless execution
Ensure timely communication, reporting, and documentation of all campus activities
