the target will be counted for the se sales executive for 1 target he will get 45rs

base fee- 25 rs for communicating with customer

appreciation- for completing target 20 example =

10 targets will get 450 rs

20 targets will get 900rs

note – the payout will be credited as per targets completed only

total 45rs for completing target getting customer into the company the amount only

will be paid the customer joined in the company only

if sales executive misbehaving with customers will lead a serious action on him or

she like bad words etc before joining we will collect 239rs as a security fee the

amount will be not given it will be debited in case of violating company rules and

regulations of by se or cs
