Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Hyderabad for the Caliber LIMS (Internship QC transitioning to Fulltime over a span of two years) role. The intern will gain hands-on experience with Quality Control (QC) workflows, assist in implementing and utilizing Lab Information Management Systems (LIMS), and support quality management efforts within the pharmaceutical and life sciences domain. Responsibilities include executing quality assurance activities, ensuring Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and participating in quality audits to maintain compliance. Successful candidates will have opportunities to transition to a permanent role based on performance and organizational needs.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Quality Control processes and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Experience or knowledge in Quality Assurance, Quality Auditing, and Quality Management principles

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to quality and compliance activities

Ability to work with Lab Information Management Systems (LIMS) and other digital quality management tools

Detail-oriented mindset and excellent organizational skills

Basic understanding of pharmaceutical and life sciences operations is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field

✔️ 5 months to 2 years of relevant QC experience

✔️ Ready to work from Hyderabad (No WFH)

✔️ Immediate availability preferred

✔️ Must have excellent english communication skills and QC Skills.
