**job summary:**

we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as cafe staff members. the ideal candidates will have a passion for customer service, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**key responsibilities:**

- greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.

- prepare and serve beverages, including cold coffee, hot coffee, milkshakes, and mocktails.

- assist in preparing food items such as maggi, momos, burgers, sandwiches, and pizzas.

- maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.

- ensure all food and beverages are prepared to the highest quality standards.

- handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system.

- assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.

- address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

- collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient working environment.

- adhere to health and safety regulations and cafe policies.

**qualifications:**

- previous experience in a cafe or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.

- strong interpersonal and communication skills.
