As a Cafe Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our cafe, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers and smooth functioning of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of baristas and waitstaff to ensure high performance. Conduct training to enhance skills and foster a positive work environment.

- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to all customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly to guarantee satisfaction and loyalty.

- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of food and beverages, placing orders as necessary to prevent shortages while minimizing waste.

- Quality Control: Ensure that all products served meet our high standards for quality and presentation. Regularly review customer feedback to implement improvements.

- Financial Management: Oversee daily sales and cash handling procedures, prepare financial reports, and manage budgets to ensure profitability.

- Hygiene and Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to health and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections and equipment maintenance.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a minimum of 1 to 4 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
