Key Responsibilities

3D Modelling: Create highly accurate and detailed 3D digital models of rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and statement pieces using specialized software.

Manufacturing Feasibility: Ensure the digital model complies with physical production limits. This includes factoring in appropriate metal thicknesses, gemstone tolerances, prong placements, and shrinkage rates for casting.

File Preparation: Export and prepare finalized, error-free STL or 3D files required for 3D printing (CAM / rapid prototyping) and CNC milling.

Digital Rendering: Generate photorealistic 3D images and animations of the jewellery pieces for client approvals, B2B presentations.

Material Optimization: Calculate metal weight estimates (., gold or platinum weight based on volume) and gemstone carat weights to align with target pricing and budgets.

Collaboration: Work closely with manual designers, product developers, gem setters, and workshop casting teams to troubleshoot design or manufacturing issues.
