10th Pass Freshers For Cabin Crew

We are looking for dedicated Cabin Crew members to join our team at our Barddhaman location. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience who have completed their 10th grade education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure Passenger Safety: Monitor the safety of passengers and their belongings by following established protocols during flight boarding and landing.

- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Attend to passengers’ needs during the flight, offering assistance with any inquiries, and ensuring a comfortable travel experience.

- Conduct Pre-Flight Checks: Perform safety checks on emergency equipment and ensure that the cabin is prepared before passengers board the aircraft.

- Serve Meals and Beverages: Distribute meals and refreshments to passengers, ensuring dietary restrictions and preferences are noted and accommodated.

- Handle Emergency Situations: Respond to emergencies with calmness and efficiency, ensuring the safety and well-being of passengers.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, which are crucial for interacting with passengers and team members effectively. A good level of physical fitness is essential, as cabin crew may be required to lift luggage and stand for extended periods.
