**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Safety Procedures:** You will be responsible for demonstrating safety procedures to passengers and ensuring they follow safety regulations during the flight.

- **Passenger Assistance:** Your role includes helping passengers with their needs, whether it be serving meals or providing comfort items during the flight.

- **Cabin Preparation:** Before each flight, you will prepare the cabin by checking the emergency equipment and stocking supplies to ensure a comfortable environment for passengers.

- **Conflict Resolution:** You will handle any passenger issues or concerns that arise during the flight, working to resolve them calmly and efficiently.

- **Emergency Response:** In case of an emergency, you must be ready to respond promptly and effectively, following established protocols to ensure passenger safety.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills, as you will be interacting with diverse groups of people. An ability to remain calm under pressure and handle unexpected situations is essential. Good teamwork skills are also crucial, as you will work closely with other crew members. A minimum of 12th grade education is required, and while previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred, it is not mandatory. A passion for travel and a commitment to providing exceptional service are key attributes for success in this role.
