Job Description

Passenger Safety:

Cabin crew members are trained to handle emergency situations, provide first aid, and ensure passengers understand and follow safety protocols.

Customer Service:

They greet passengers, assist with seating, answer questions, and address passenger needs to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable journey.

Service and Sales:

Cabin crew members serve meals and beverages, sell duty-free items, and may also be responsible for keeping the cabin tidy.

Communication and Coordination:

They act as a link between the flight deck and passengers, relaying information and instructions, and may also make announcements.

Pre- and Post-Flight Duties:

Cabin crew members prepare the cabin for flight, check emergency equipment, and assist with loading and unloading baggage
