Cabin Crew - Freshers

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Cabin Crew in Deoghar. This role involves ensuring a safe and comfortable flying experience for our passengers. Fresh graduates and those with little experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Passenger Safety: You will brief passengers on safety protocols, demonstrating the use of safety equipment, and ensuring that all safety regulations are followed throughout the flight.

2. Customer Service: Providing excellent service to passengers is key. You must attend to passenger needs, serve meals and beverages, and respond to queries to enhance their travel experience.

3. Cabin Preparation: Before each flight, you will help set up the cabin area, ensuring cleanliness and readiness. This includes checking supplies and emergency equipment.

4. Emergency Response: In case of emergencies, you will be trained to act quickly and efficiently, guiding passengers to safety and providing first aid if needed.

5. Team Collaboration: Working closely with other crew members is essential. You will communicate effectively to ensure that all operations run smoothly during the flight.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to interact well with passengers. A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork are important for creating a pleasant atmosphere on board. You must be adaptable, handling various situations with professionalism. A degree is required, and while experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.
