**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Safety Procedures:** Ensure that all safety protocols are followed during flights, including emergency procedures. This is critical for the safety of passengers and the crew.

- **Passenger Assistance:** Greet passengers as they board and provide assistance with seating and luggage. A welcoming attitude helps create a comfortable atmosphere.

- **In-flight Service:** Serve meals and beverages, ensuring that passengers have everything they need during the flight. Timely and attentive service enhances the passenger experience.

- **Conflict Resolution:** Handle any issues or complaints that may arise during the flight with professionalism and care. Addressing concerns promptly maintains a positive environment.

- **Pre-flight Checks:** Participate in pre-flight preparations, including checking equipment and ensuring readiness for the journey. This ensures a smooth takeoff and flight.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with passengers and colleagues.
