Cabin Crew members are responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers during flights. They provide excellent customer service, assist passengers with boarding and in-flight needs, demonstrate safety procedures, and handle emergencies if they occur. Their main responsibility is to maintain passenger safety while delivering a pleasant travel experience.
Key Responsibilities
Passenger Safety
Conduct pre-flight safety checks of emergency equipment.
Demonstrate safety procedures such as seat belts, oxygen masks, and emergency exits.
Ensure passengers follow all safety regulations during the flight.
Handle emergency situations such as medical issues, turbulence, or evacuation procedures.
Passenger Service
Welcome passengers and assist them in finding their seats and storing luggage.
Provide information about flight duration, safety instructions, and services.
Serve meals, beverages, and refreshments during the flight.
Ensure passenger comfort throughout the journey.
Pre-Flight Duties
Attend pre-flight briefing with the captain and crew.
Review flight details, weather conditions, and safety instructions.
Check availability of food, beverages, and safety equipment.
In-Flight Responsibilities
Monitor the cabin regularly to ensure passenger safety and comfort.
Assist passengers with special needs such as children, elderly passengers, and disabled travelers.
Handle passenger requests and complaints professionally.
Post-Flight Duties
Assist passengers during disembarkation.
Conduct a final cabin inspection for lost items or safety issues.
Prepare reports on incidents or passenger concerns.

Educational Qualification
