As a Butchery Specialist, you will be responsible for the precision cutting, preparation, and handling of meat and poultry products. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our customers receive the highest-quality cuts and service.

Job Requirements:

Butchery Expertise: Proficiency in meat cutting techniques, including deboning, portioning, and trimming, with a strong understanding of various cuts and their uses.

Culinary Education: A culinary degree or formal butchery training is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant experience and expertise will also be considered.

Knowledge of Meat Products: Familiarity with different types of meat and poultry, including their characteristics, quality standards, and handling requirements.

Knife Skills: Exceptional knife skills and precision in cutting to ensure consistent and high-quality cuts.

Cleanliness and Hygiene: Strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper sanitation, storage, and handling of meat products.

Physical Stamina: The ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy meat cuts and equipment.

Customer Service: A commitment to providing excellent customer service and meeting customer preferences for specific cuts and quantities.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and presentation of meat products.

Inventory Management: Ability to manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders as needed to maintain product availability.

Language Skills: Proficiency in English is preferred, and knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Legal Eligibility: Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
