Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our two-wheeler sales team at Faizabad UP. The ideal candidate will have:

•⁠ ⁠1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the two-wheeler industry

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication skills in English

•⁠ ⁠A can-do attitude with self-initiative

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Manage branch operations, sales, collection, after-sales service, and distribution expansion

•⁠ ⁠Identify market opportunities and appoint channel partners/dealers

•⁠ ⁠Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

•⁠ ⁠Execute retail activity plans, including service camps, mechanics meets, test drive activities, and dealer meets

•⁠ ⁠Appoint and manage service and spare parts outlets, and private garage mechanics training

•⁠ ⁠Resolve dealer, customer, and service center issues promptly and professionally

•⁠ ⁠Maintain product knowledge and assist customers/dealers in selection

•⁠ ⁠Oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and route deliveries/pickups
