we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced branch manager to lead our two-wheeler sales team at faizabad up. the ideal candidate will have:

•⁠ ⁠1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the two-wheeler industry

•⁠ ⁠proficiency in ms excel, word, and powerpoint

•⁠ ⁠excellent communication skills in english

•⁠ ⁠a can-do attitude with self-initiative

key responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠manage branch operations, sales, collection, after-sales service, and distribution expansion

•⁠ ⁠identify market opportunities and appoint channel partners/dealers

•⁠ ⁠achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

•⁠ ⁠execute retail activity plans, including service camps, mechanics meets, test drive activities, and dealer meets

•⁠ ⁠appoint and manage service and spare parts outlets, and private garage mechanics training

•⁠ ⁠resolve dealer, customer, and service center issues promptly and professionally

•⁠ ⁠maintain product knowledge and assist customers/dealers in selection

•⁠ ⁠oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and route deliveries/pickups
