as a business development representative (bdr), you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of webx infotech by setting meetings, supporting prospecting activities, and qualifying new leads. this role is an excellent opportunity for someone with a sales mentality and a passion for education technology to learn and grow within a dynamic team.

1st month - unpaid
rest 2 month - project wise payout

what you will be doing
meeting setter: schedule meetings with potential clients to introduce webx offerings and explore partnership opportunities.
support in prospecting: assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients through cold calling and emailing.
qualify new leads: evaluate new inbound leads and create opportunities for amplify & da (direct apply) initiatives.
sales goals:
set a high number of meetings with prospective clients.
create new sales opportunities through effective engagement.
contribute to tour sales, which are less complex and somewhat transactional, providing a great way to learn about cialfo's products and processes.
qualifications:
about you:
a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
proven sales experience with a track record of setting meetings and creating opportunities.
experience in education technology or related fields is a plus.
skills:
excellent communication, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.
ability to work independently and as part of a team.
qualities:
sales mentality: a proactive approach to sales engagement, focusing on repeatable and effective sales strategies.
experience: while experience in the university sector is a plus, a strong background in sales, particularly in the complex . market,is more critical
