Business Development Officer

Work experience: freshers and upto 0-1 year experience.

Role And Responsibilities :

Business development officer roles is responsible for

Generating new business from the sales officer.

Recruit, train sales officers & generate business

through them.

Responsible for a managing a term.

Playing the role of a problem solver and actively

resolve issues and queries.

Hold regular meetings with BDO, lead providers,

Intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining

Records of the same in a planned and systematic manner.

Implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objective for the channel.

Desired Candidate Profile :

to 1 year talent recruitment experience required.

Full time/ Part time graduation is mandatory.

Communication and presentation skill.
