the bdo's duties focus on the entire business growth lifecycle, from market research to closing deals:

1. market research & strategy

opportunity identification: conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities, new markets, and prospective client needs.

competitor analysis: evaluate competitors' products, services, and pricing strategies to ensure the company's offerings remain competitively positioned.

strategy development: collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement strategic business plans aimed at revenue growth and margin expansion.

product insight: gather and analyze customer feedback to provide valuable insight to the product/service development teams for improvement and innovation.

2. client relationship management (crm) & networking

lead generation: generate new leads through networking, cold calling, email marketing, and attending industry events, conferences, and workshops.
