Business Development Manager

We're seeking a qualified Business Development Manager to handle and motivate the team of sales associate and make sure to work on team targets. The sales associate will utilize their skills to generate high-quality leads, build strong relationships with customers, and close deals.

We are looking for ideal candidates who should have the skill of managing a team, motivating skills,work planning skills.

Job Location: Currently Remote

Selection process: HR Round followed by Head of Sales round.

Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA is preferred)

Salary offered: As per industry standards

Working days: 6 days (Sunday is fixed off)

Shifts:10:00am -7:00pm

Experience :- 3+

Mandatory language: Hindi and English

Laptop/wi-fi: candidates are to use their own laptops.

Additional Compensation: If applicable, this will be decided on the basis of your designation.
