what are we looking for?
- minimum 0-5 years of experience in sales.
- proven experience of handling a sales team of 5- 10 sales representatives.
- a proven track record of delivering sales pipeline and achieving team targets at a
fast-growing company with multiple sales segments with an inbound and outbound model
- proven experience of forecasting and committing team numbers and delivering them within
the target deadline.
key responsibilities
- build and train members of the sales development team to identify, contact, and create
qualified opportunities
- coach sales team through shadowing, role plays, process improvement, and performance
reporting in recurring one on one sessions.
- one on one review with the sales team every week to ensure the set targets are met
consistently.
- manage your team reports and dashboards to ensure the results they deliver can be easily
understood by stakeholders throughout the organization.
- ensure the sales team on boarding program and ongoing training is up-to-date on our
current product offering
job description:
a) tm responsibility: the team manager is to focus on continuous hiring and build a team
of academic counsellors on part time basis.
b) tm goal: in the first month with avodha, 3 demos to be conducted by tm per day or
meeting 18 demos done average per week will be the attendance criteria. alternatively,
achieving just 7 admissions as a bare minimum count of admissions per week will also clear
the goal.
salary: upto rs. /- take home + attractive incentive slab ontm achieving of
salary in revenue
