Business Development Manager:-

CASEY GALAXY INDIA PVT LTD is a premier organization of Eastern India which is involved in various segment of consumer interest.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts.

Approaching potential leads and close them within a stipulated time frame.

Create exclusive distributors and business associates for the company towards business growth.

Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business.

Training personnel and helping team members in developing their skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field.

Experience in insurance, microfinance, marketing or related field.

Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Proficient in MS office.

On job training is 4 months where salary shall be Rs. 30,000/- with monthly business target achievement.
