• growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts.

• approaching potential leads and close them within a stipulated time frame.

• create exclusive distributors and business associates for the company towards business growth.

• maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

• developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business.

• training personnel and helping team members in developing their skills.

requirements:

• minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or similar field.

• experience in insurance, microfinance, marketing or related field.

• ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences.

• strong organizational and time management skills.

• ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

• proficient in ms office.

on job training is 4 months where salary shall be rs. 30,000/- with monthly business target achievement.
