good command over english and regional language. preferably from metal industry/ manufacturing/ fmcg sales team. candidate should have managed a sales team of 8-10 executives. good knowledge of the geographies and the market of the districts he will manage.

- to manage day to day operations through a team and responsible towards the achievement of sales target with maximum customer satisfaction. manage all the sale & operation related activities as set by the management for the districts managed by divisional manager.

- to develop innovative marketing programs that drive the sales and empanelment

- to handle aucjunction and rawmet line of business

- manage monthly effective sales closing as per calendar

- setting yearly sales target as well as individual sales target.

- to valuate scrap materials and quote for all auctions.
