About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Business Development Manager to lead fundraising, partnerships, and donor engagement for a leading NGO. The role involves identifying new funding opportunities, building long-term relationships, and aligning business development with impactful social programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement fundraising and partnership strategies

Build proposals, concept notes, and donor communication materials

Manage CSR, foundation, and HNI relationships

Collaborate with internal teams for proposal alignment and compliance

Track fundraising performance and reporting

Requirements:

🎓 Post-graduate degree (MBA preferred)

💼 5–6 years’ experience in fundraising / CSR / NGO partnerships
