key responsibilities
drive business growth through modern trade & quick commerce platforms (zepto, blinkit, swiggy instamart, amazon fresh, big basket, etc.)
identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and retail expansion possibilities.
manage product listings, promotions, negotiations, and visibility plans.
build and maintain strong relationships with category teams & buyers.
work closely with marketing and supply chain teams for execution.
monitor market trends, competitor movement, and channel performance.
develop and implement channel strategies to achieve revenue and placement targets.
ensure operational excellence—forecasting, stock management, pos & settlements.
required skills & qualifications
3–5 years of proven experience in fmcg/food category for quick commerce & modern trade.
strong network & understanding of key retail players.
excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
proficiency in ms excel, sales reporting & performance tracking.
