market strategy & opportunity identification:
conduct comprehensive market research to identify new markets, industry trends, customer needs, and potential growth areas.
develop and implement an effective growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
analyze competitor strategies and market positioning to identify unique value propositions.
lead generation & sales:
generate new leads and prospects through various methods, including cold outreach (calling, emailing), networking, and attending industry events and conferences.
arrange and lead business meetings with prospective clients and partners.
oversee the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to deal closure, ensuring a smooth transition to the account management team.
relationship management & negotiation:
build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients and key stakeholders.
understand client objectives and provide tailored solutions that effectively address their needs.
develop and negotiate contracts and partnerships, ensuring adherence to legal and company guidelines, to secure profitable new business.
internal collaboration & reporting:
collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product development, and finance teams to ensure alignment of strategies and goals.
develop sales forecasts, financial projections, and detailed reports for senior management on pipeline status, goal achievement, and market performance.
contribute to the development of quotes, proposals, and presentations for potential clients.
qualifications & skills
required qualifications
education: bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or a related field.
experience: 3+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
technical proficiency: proficiency in crm software (., salesforce), microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint), and market research tools.
