- maintain relationships with students and higher authorities (principal, hod, faculty, chairman, etc.) of colleges & universities.
- report daily/weekly & monthly on the status of webinar & seminar alignment activities in colleges & universities across india to the reporting manager.
- excellent sales skills with a proven record of achieving targets.
- should be smart, active, and flexible enough for any location.
- strategic enough to handle the situation.
- exceptional interpersonal skills to arrange, conduct & close face to face meetings.
- pre-planner and a smart strategical mindset for day-to-day lead generation and college partnerships.
- ensure timely and appropriate follow-up on leads & prospects
- develop & maintain co-ordial relationships with your respective stakeholders
- generate leads & revenue by researching, profiling, cold calling, and networking targeted colleges/institutes/universities.
requirements:
- minimum fresher - 1 year of experience in field marketing/sales role. edutech experienced candidates are preferable.
- experience with crm systems
- strong communication in english and hindi.
- should have good presentation skills.
- the ability to influence and negotiate.
- commercial awareness and an instinct for exploiting profit opportunities.
- the ability to think creatively and strategically.
- minimum qualification: any graduation (mba marketing is preferable)
