CAREER DUTIES:

1. Responsible to get details from all available resources such as Internet & from the market.

2. Core calling.

3. Document all the details collected about the client such as concern person, contact no., best time to give a call/ visit.

4. Communicating, updating & exchanging knowledge with team for the progress and better solutions.

CAREER REQUIREMENTS:

1. Able to work as a team.

2. Good interpersonal, communications and coordination skills command in Multiple Languages - more advantage.

3. Computer & Mobile knowledge (Internet browsing, MS office, email & etc.,)

4. Able to extract information from Internet & from other team members.

5. Decision-making ability and capable of exercising judgement

6. Excellent customer service and strong interpersonal relationship skills coupled with sincerity and honesty to maintain long standing support from our clients.

7. Driven, independent, ability to flexibly negotiate business is critical for advancement in this role.

8. A multi-tasker, meticulous, resourceful with a can-do attitude.
