We are looking for candidates who can work as an Online Bidder and play an essential role between the client and the project team. They will be generating business over portals like Upwork and Freelancer. PPH, etc. Experience with any online bidding portal like Upwork is preferred. The profile is very challenging and an excellent opportunity to improve your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Generating business leads by bidding on online freelancing portal like #Upwork, #PPH, #Freelancer

Connect with potential customers through social media platforms, emails or any form of digital communication

Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand clients requirements and acquisition. Responsible for Online Bidding, Follow-Ups, Competition Analysis

Following Up Clients Continuously and Responding to Client Inquiries. Proposal Writing, and Requirement Gathering. Managing Cost & Time Negotiations with the clients and successfully converting Leads

Skills and Qualification

Strong Communication Skills

Experience of writing proper cover letters (proposals) for bidding

Must have good communication and writing skills (English) Must be able to work in a team or independently

Sound knowledge of IT terminologies Eagerness to consistently generate new business. Capabilities of bringing new business from existing clients

Proven experience in achieving targets weekly and monthly. Capable of generating prospective leads on a regular basis
