key responsibilities:
generate new b2b leads through calls, emails & networking.
identify and connect with customers
understand client needs and suggest solutions
negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
maintain an accurate crm system with client data.
share insights on market trends & customer needs.
ensure client satisfaction & repeat business through regular follow-ups.
qualifications:
bachelor’s degree in business / marketing (preferred, not mandatory).
1–3 years of proven sales experience.
strong communication & interpersonal skills.
self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
ability to work independently & in teams.
basic computer knowledge (email, ms office, crm).
