Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

ï‚· Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Development

ï‚· Cultivate and expand the entrepreneurial network within the assigned region.

ï‚· Identify, evaluate, and engage potential partners, incubators, and accelerators.

ï‚· Recruitment and Training

ï‚· Source, recruit, and on board entrepreneurial talents with a focus on diversity and inclusion.

ï‚· Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and capabilities of entrepreneurs.

Strategic Planning: -

ï‚· Develop and implement strategic initiatives to support entrepreneurship in alignment with organizational goals.

ï‚· Analyse market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.

Relationship Management: -

ï‚· Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including entrepreneurs, investors, and industry influencers.

ï‚· Provide ongoing support and guidance to entrepreneurs in their business development journey.

Monitoring: -

ï‚· Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for entrepreneurial initiatives and monitor progress.

ï‚· Conduct regular assessments to ensure the success of the entrepreneurial projects.
