We are currently seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to potential clients through platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, and email.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements.

Create compelling proposals and presentations to pitch our services to potential clients.

Negotiate contract terms and close deals to meet sales targets.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.

Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in the IT or software industry.

Familiarity with LinkedIn, Upwork, and other online platforms for lead generation.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Prior experience in software sales or client management is a plus.
