Key Responsibilities:
Work on bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and others to identify and respond to new business opportunities.
Prepare customized and persuasive proposals and cover letters as per client requirements.
Collaborate with senior BDEs and developers to understand technical aspects and tailor proposals accordingly.
Maintain a pipeline of potential leads and follow up regularly for conversion.
Update and manage CRM or bidding platform dashboards with leads, communications, and status updates.
Assist in basic client communication and requirement gathering via chat or calls.
Research industry trends, client profiles, and competitors to support the bidding process.
Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development or bidding in the IT/software industry.
Familiarity with Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or similar bidding platforms.
Strong written communication skills to draft clear and effective proposals.
