Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Engagement Handle inside sales using qualified leads provided by the company. Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups. Qualify leads and convert them into active prospects.
2. Customer Understanding & Solution Selling Identify customer pain points and recommend customized solutions. Present strong value propositions to enhance engagement. Build trust-based relationships with clients.
3. Sales Processes Prospect, qualify, and manage leads throughout the sales cycle. Prepare proposals and ensure timely deal closures. Upsell and cross-sell company services to existing clients.
4. Support & Coordination Provide pre-sales support to sales & marketing teams. Assist in acquiring, winning, and renewing customers. Promote company services across multiple geographies.
5. Tracking & Reporting Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and invoices. Monitor and track sales performance. Share timely reports with management and stakeholders.
