* develop and implement strategies to increase the organization's revenue and profitability
* identify and build relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders
* manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals
* develop proposals and presentations to pitch the products and services to potential clients
* collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives
* maintain and update the crm system with accurate and relevant information
* analyze sales and marketing data to track performance and identify areas for improvement
* participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote the organization's brand
qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
* proven experience of 2 years in business development or telesales
* strong communication and interpersonal skills
* excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* proficiency in microsoft office and crm software
* ability to work independently and as part of a team
