€¢ Developing and implementing the Business Strategy for achieving the Sales Targets.
€¢ Understanding the value drivers of the business and identifying profitable opportunities to grow revenue and market share.
€¢ Developing and maintaining an excellent understanding of the Customers (Existing and New) requirements to ensure that their needs are being met & Positive Word of Mouth is spread by Customers.
€¢ Working closely with the Business Head to manage key customers (Existing and New), thereby improving turnover and profitability.
€¢ Ensuring that reviews are carried out with Customers, to ensure that their needs are being met and that excellent customer service is achieved and, developing future improvements/services for the customers.
€¢ Maintaining an awareness of external factors (including competitors, government business initiatives, current and proposed legislation) which impact the business. Communicating such information and any subsequent changes to the Business Head.
€¢ Communicating with all major stakeholders (internal and external) to achieve the Sales Targets.
