Responsibilities:
Identify & target potential clients (developers, investors, etc.)
Build relationships & understand client needs
Develop proposals & close deals to achieve sales goals
Stay informed on industry trends & regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
2-3 years' experience in BDEV, sales, or similar role
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Understanding of commercial real estate (a plus)
