**roles & responsibilities:**
as a business development associate at planetspark, you will play a crucial role in helping students and parents find the right educational solutions. your responsibilities include:
- understanding our course offerings and assisting students in choosing the most suitable option.
- initiating phone conversations with parents who have participated in demo classes for their children.
- conducting diligent follow-ups with prospects and closing sales within defined timelines.
- effectively communicating and nurturing leads through email and phone calls.
- maintaining accurate and organized records of call information in digital format.
- achieving monthly targets and meeting all input metrics.

day shift:-** lpa ( lpa fixed + lpa variable)

**required skills:**
