Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Associate at PlanetSpark, you will play a crucial role in helping students and parents find the right educational solutions. Your responsibilities include:

- Understanding our course offerings and assisting students in choosing the most suitable option.

- Initiating phone conversations with parents who have participated in demo classes for their children.

- Conducting diligent follow-ups with prospects and closing sales within defined timelines.

- Effectively communicating and nurturing leads through email and phone calls.

- Maintaining accurate and organized records of call information in digital format.

- Achieving monthly targets and meeting all input metrics.

Hiring Criteria:

- Training Period: (Stipend)

Salary Range (CTC):

Day Shift:- LPA ( LPA fixed + LPA variable)

Night Shift:- LPA ( LPA fixed + LPA variable)

Required Skills:

- Excellent Communication Skills

Experience Required: 0-3 Years (Freshers are also welcome)

Minimum Education: Graduation (2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022,2023,2024)

Important Criteria:

- Willingness to work 5 days a week.

- Enthusiasm for working in a startup environment known for high-intensity learning and rapid growth.
