Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to candidates and explain work details.

- Share information clearly and maintain daily call records.

- Guide interested candidates through basic onboarding steps.

Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass (any stream).

- Good communication skills in Hindi/Marathi/English.

- Smartphone & internet connection required.
