Responsibilities and Requirements:

Talent Scouting Partnership:

Collaborate with league team secretaries to establish 22 Yards as their official talent scouting partner.

Facilitate talent scouting initiatives, ensuring a robust network within the cricketing community.

Lead Generation and Booking:

Drive ground bookings throughout the day by effectively handling incoming leads.

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through research, networking, and proactive prospecting.

Onboarding of Grounds and Tournaments:

Strategically onboard additional grounds and tournaments onto the 22 Yards platform.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless integration and utilization of the platform.

Market Expansion:

Conduct market research to identify target markets and industries for business expansion.

Actively participate in industry events and conferences to represent the company, promoting our cutting-edge solutions.

Relationship Building:

Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and league organizers.

Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement effective business development strategies.

Presentations:

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the diverse range of products and services offered by 22 Yards.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in professional cricket or a deep understanding of the cricketing ecosystem.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
