Excellent communication skills are required, as you will interact with various teams and stakeholders. You should be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. A solid understanding of business processes and a strong ability to identify opportunities for improvement are also expected. Proficiency in project management tools will be advantageous.
