Opening For Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will work closely with business and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and ensure successful delivery of business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and functional specifications

Facilitate stakeholder discussions and requirement workshops

Perform process mapping, gap analysis, and impact analysis

Support UAT activities including test case validation and sign-off

Coordinate with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC

Track requirement changes and maintain documentation

Skills & Qualifications

35 years of experience in business analysis or related roles

Strong experience in requirement gathering and documentation

Knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Jira, or Confluence

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
