salary: -
during training period (3 sales in 21 days) – 10% on sale value + performance based incentives
post training period - to 8lpa + performance based incentives
location:- initially work from home then after few months’ work from office in gurgaon
must have own laptop & active internet connection
responsibilities:
• identify and pursue new business opportunities by conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and staying updated on the latest developments in the edtech sector.
• build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, partners, and strategic alliances through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
• conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, clearly articulating the value proposition and benefits of our edtech solutions.
• collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective lead generation campaigns, including email marketing, social media outreach, and content creation.
• work closely with the sales team to qualify leads, coordinate meetings, and follow up on opportunities, ensuring timely and effective communication throughout the sales cycle.
• develop and negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and pricing structures to meet revenue targets and business objectives.
• monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
• provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, including pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and key performance indicators (kpis).
• collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer success, to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of solutions to clients.
