Key Responsibilities
Design & develop end-to-end Bubble applications: from data structures to responsive frontends.
Understand GTM & execution workflows: Build apps that handle sales processes, follow-ups, pipeline dashboards, internal tasking systems, or lead management.
Collaborate with automation experts: Integrate Bubble apps with tools like Make, Zapier, CRMs, Slack, WhatsApp APIs, etc.
Work on AI integrations: Feed execution data into dashboards, or trigger smart alerts (our internal AI team will support).
Rapid prototyping: Build MVPs in days, iterate quickly based on real user feedback (founders, sales teams, investors).
Maintain & enhance apps: Handle bug fixes, optimize performance, improve UX over time.
Document flows & logic clearly: So our execution managers and clients always understand what’s under the hood.
Who We’re Looking For
1–3 years of solid Bubble development experience.
Strong grasp of database structuring, workflows, API connections, dynamic expressions.
Good eye for UI/UX — apps need to be simple, intuitive, and clean.
Experience (or serious interest) in automation platforms like Make, Zapier, Pabbly.
Ability to think like an operator, not just a coder understanding why founders need dashboards, what an investor might look for, how a sales team uses these tools daily.
Clear communicator we’re execution-first, so documenting your work, explaining flows, and proactively updating the team is critical.
