1. Overall responsibility for Branch Sales Strategies/Targets & Brand Management.

2. Supervise and direct Sales teams to achieve targets.

5. Liaison with Manufacturing, Marketing and Finance departments.

6. Increasing the width of distribution network.

7. Plan and execute marketing activities within the set budget.

9. Keep tab of monthly and weekly sales reports.

10. Liaison with concerned authorities.

11. Implement strategies on product positioning and visibility, market penetration, new market development, channel segmentation, sales mix and Sales incentive schemes.

12. Gain market intelligence and visibility.

13. Set examples, motivate and direct the team in concordance with the set objectives.

14. Recruit and train candidates exhibiting potential.

15. Achieve Sales Collection forecast and budgets.
