key responsibilities:
drive sales & business growth through the agency channel in the assigned branch.
recruit, develop, and manage agency development managers (adms) and advisors.
ensure continuous training & skill development of agency partners.
achieve branch-level revenue, productivity, and recruitment targets.
build and maintain strong customer & agency relationships.
monitor and track branch performance with regular mis reporting.
ensure compliance with irdai regulations and company policies.
develop local market intelligence and competitor mapping to identify opportunities.
foster a high-performance culture within the branch.
