Job Title: Branch Manager [Banking Sector]
Location: Palanpur, Gujrat
Experience: Minimum 5 years in banking, with at least 2 years in a leadership or Branch Manager role.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Supervise and manage daily branch activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Sales and Business Development: Developing and executing strategies to meet sales targets, grow the customer base, promote bank, and enhance the bank's presence in the local community Team
Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff, fostering a high-performance and customer-centric culture.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Financial Oversight and Reporting: Managing the branch's budget, monitoring financial performance metrics (revenue, costs, profits), analyzing data, and preparing reports for senior management
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure strict adherence to audit, compliance, and risk protocols.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the key liaison for local clients, community stakeholders, and corporate management.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Strong knowledge of banking products, financial services, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Proven ability to drive business growth and manage customer relationships effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with core bankingsystems.
