10th Pass Freshers For BPO Telecaller

We are looking for a dedicated BPO Telecaller to join our team in Alipore, Kolkata. This full-time role is open to candidates with 0 to 6 years of experience and requires a minimum education level of 10th pass. The position is work from home and is exclusively for female candidates.

As a BPO Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone. You will need to follow scripts to provide product or service information, handle customer inquiries, and address any concerns in a friendly manner. Maintaining accurate records of calls and customer interactions is essential. You will also be required to meet daily call targets and contribute to overall team goals.
