jd:

process: airtel email chat semi-voice (60% non-voice / 40% voice)

designation: business associate

qualification: any arts & science / engineering / post graduates (arrear candidates also eligible to apply)

skills required: good english communication in oral and written.

shift timings: general day shifts (rotational week off)

interview process: hr round +ops interview + amcat online test + client round

training period:

new joiners would undergo 30 days of training in which training stipend of /- would be provided . (250x30=7500).

stipend will be applicable only on successful completion of the training certification.

salary range:

monthly take home salary: /- ( for fresher s)

experienced candidates : /- (above 6 to 12 month

/- (above 1+years experienced candidates)

interview timings: to 3pm
